72 page court decision that both ACCJC and CCSF claim was a victory.  Are Things Looking Up for City College of San Francisco?  

According to the interview, the question of accreditation itself is in flux.  The lawsuit has not absolved the college of accreditation issues.  Feb 3--ACCJC and CCSF can weigh in on the injunction.
