CCSF lives pending trial

According to the LA Times, CCSF will live pending a trial.  The trial will go over whether or not the ACCJC followed protocols.  Before you get happy, you should read the fine print of the motion.  The LA Times states:

But Karnow denied the city attorney’s motion to block the commission from taking adverse action against other colleges in the state, as well as a motion by the faculty unions to rescind the commission’s action against City College.
