Mervyn M. Dymally has passed.
It is with regret that the CCCFE Union must inform its membership that Mervyn Dymally has passed. He was responsible for Assembly Bill 318, which allowed the partnership with El Camino College to happen. Without his ongoing care for education and labor, none of us would have JOBS, and students would not have access to a local community college.
