LA Times on UC Berkeley deficit. The cause? Guess

The La Times reports that UC Berkeley is trying to close a budget gap of 150 million.  The problem is the cause of the costs.  If you see the chart from the LA Times, it's disturbing. 

Notice the rise of Admin people, but the stagnation with faculty.  This is a trend that is being seen in all of higher education in America today.  

This trend is also happening with the community colleges.  More admin doesn't mean better student success rates.
